An important dimension of an artificial intelligence is that it is capable of learning. ’s not only on companies to build ethical AI. It’s also on users and buyers of software to understand the risks in relying on machines to make decisions that deeply impact human lives. Human Resource is also witnessing the all-encompassing impact of this game-changing technology. In this context, recruiting is particularly looked at as space which stands to be transformed. AI for recruiting is now considered as the next generation in smarter, efficient, and hassle-free hiring cycles.
